Dr. Jessica Koblenz
Dr. Koblenz is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist in the state of New York sine 2012 and the founder of Cornerstone Psychological Services. She is a faculty member of Harlem Hospital, an affiliate of Columbia University, teaching the psychiatry residents and psychology doctoral students.
She obtained her doctorate from Long Island University and was trained at Bellevue Medical Center, Long Island Jewish Medical Center, and Creedmoor Psychiatric Center. She was the Clinic Director of PSCH’s outpatient Mental Health Clinic in Canarsie, Brooklyn. Prior, she worked at Holliswood Hospital as the Director of Training for psychology doctoral students and mental health counseling students. She also worked as a Psychologist for the Military Wellness Program.
Her areas of clinical expertise include Trauma, Loss, Relationship Issues and Life Transitions. With extensive experience and training in acute psychiatric care, she is skilled in providing a calm space for those in crisis. She is both motivating and empathic in her work. She looks to comfort clients during difficult times and encourage them to make meaning out of their hardship to help them improve their lives. She is passionate about helping each client achieve his or her potential.
Dr. Nikki Katsiotas
Dr. Katsiotas is a Licensed Psychologist in the state of New York and a Certified School Psychologist.
She has a Ph.D. from Fordham University and she has received comprehensive training in the assessment, diagnosis and treatment of emotional, learning and behavioral disorders. She has worked as a school psychologist in multiple schools in New York City and Westchester county, as well as in day treatment and residential programs.
Dr. Katsiotas works with children, adolescents and adults. She has extensive experience treating people with anxiety disorders, depression, ADHD, learning disabilities, Autism Spectrum Disorder, anger issues, and social difficulties. Her areas of clinical expertise include disabilities, achievement issues, family
conflict and life transitions.
She provides therapeutic services that help individuals manage stressful life events, improve their relationships, and increase their overall wellbeing. She offers a variety of clinical services including individual therapy, group therapy, behavior interventions, academic interventions, and executive function coaching. She believes strongly in providing a safe, positive and supportive therapeutic
environment to help people grow and reach their full potential.
